We wanted to inform you that we are seeing a significant increase in missing or excessively late packages with USPS (currently a 35% rise in issues). We highly recommend selecting FedEx or UPS for your delivery at checkout, especially for orders over $30.00. 

Please be advised: If you choose USPS for your order during this holiday season (11/11/24-1/10/25) and it goes missing or is excessively late, please expect delays and an extended period for resolving issues with missing or excessively late packages. 

KaliiKosmetics will not be able to provide a replacement or refund immediately as we will need to contact USPS.
